WWAT: worker avalible

Greetings,
I am planning to be around Spain this winter and I am interested in working with earthen based plasters while abroad.
i have apprenticed with a restoration architect/ contractor for three months in Germany and would like the chance to work restoring or creating new structures in the traditional method. If anybody has done this before in 
Spain I would love any leads or suggestions.
